Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt is an unpeated Highland Scotch whisky made from 100% organic Scottish barley and bottled at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in a combination of specially treated red wine casks, ex-American whiskey casks and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose brings orange peel, ripe apricot and biscuit. On the palate come lemon cream, juicy stone fruit, honeyed sweetness and spiced rye bread. The finish is medium in length, with orchard fruit, soft creaminess and gentle spice.
