Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Rosé Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico (6L, 12.5%)

A sparkling rosé wine from Cuvage, made from Nebbiolo and produced by the Metodo Classico, with second fermentation in bottle and long ageing on the lees. This gives a fine, persistent mousse and a well-balanced structure. Pale pink in colour with fine, continuous bubbles, it shows aromas of small red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry, delicate floral notes and light bread-crust hints from the lees ageing. On the palate it offers pleasant acidity and freshness, ending with a harmonious, persistent finish. Presented in a wooden case as a Mathusalem, it suits grand occasions, as an aperitif or alongside fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
