This is a Martinique rhum agricole AOC, distilled in 2018 from fresh sugar cane juice and bottled in February 2025 after six years of ageing. It matured in the Chai Mainmain in new American oak with a heavy toast. Bottled at 59.4% vol without reduction or chill filtration, it combines vanilla, spices, cocoa and pepper with a fresh accent of exotic fruit, finishing woody and spicy. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
