Niepoort 10 Year Old Tawny Port

Niepoort 10 Year Old Tawny is a port blended from wines that have aged for an average of ten years. The ageing takes place in small oak pipas, which gives the wine its distinctive pale golden colour. Each blend rests in medium casks of 550 litres, overseen by Niepoort's Master Blender, José Nogueira, who marries wines of different ages. It pairs with desserts based on dried fruit, eggs, caramel, vanilla or coffee, and with mature cheeses. Lightly chilled, it also works as an aperitif.
