Niepoort Dry White Port

A dry white port from Niepoort, made from white grape varieties typical of the Douro valley. It is a lighter, drier alternative to sweeter traditional ports. The nose offers citrus, white fruit and flowers, with a touch of almond and a mineral note. The palate is fresh and slightly dry, with citrus, apple and white-fleshed fruit in a light, lively texture. The finish is clean and short to medium. It is best served chilled, between 6 and 8°C, on its own, over ice or in a port tonic with lemon or orange.
