Nikka All Malt (70cl, 40%)

A Japanese malt whisky from Nikka, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Nikka Whisky Distilling Co. was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, who learned his craft in Scotland and became Japan's first whisky producer. His breakthrough came in the 1960s. He chose a site in the north of Japan for its clear air and for groundwater filtered through a layer of peat.
