The distillery's style is fruit-forward and graceful, with floral aromatics and a refined oak character. It can be taken neat or with a few drops of water.
The nose offers fresh citrus, vanilla and honeyed malt with ripe apple, pear and delicate florals. The palate is smooth, with orchard fruit, creamy malt, lemon zest, gentle spice and toasted nuts. The finish is clean and lingering, with citrus, soft sweetness and a touch of oak.
