Nikka Miyagikyo 2000's Single Malt Japanese Whisky (50cl, 57%)

Miyagikyo 2000's is a Japanese single malt from Nikka, bottled at 57% in a 50cl bottle. It is made from malt drawn from across the decade 2001 to 2010, so each bottle reflects the whole period rather than a single year. The Miyagikyo distillery was built in 1969 as a counterpart to Nikka's Yoichi distillery, and it is known for fruity malts. The nose brings orange and ripe, dry pineapple. The palate is sweet and full-bodied, with woody notes and a hint of tea, and the finish tastes of sweet, dry malt.
