Nikka Miyagikyo Single Malt (70cl, 45%)

Nikka Miyagikyo is a Japanese single malt from the distillery near Sendai in Miyagi prefecture, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was built in 1969 and was known as Sendai until 2001. It makes both single malt and grain whisky for Nikka's blends. This is a no-age-statement bottling, which replaced the previous core range in 2015. It is described as fruity, biscuity and gently spiced.
