Nikka Super Rare Old (70cl, 43%)

Nikka Super Rare Old has been part of the Nikka core range since 1962. It is a Japanese blended whisky, made from Yoichi and Miyagikyo malts combined with grain whisky, and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle with a distinctive wide shape. On the nose it shows soft grain, light smoke, caramel and hints of dried fruit. The palate brings honey, vanilla, mild wood, spice and a subtle smoky note, and the finish is warm, creamy and softly spicy.
