North Star Glenallachie 11 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the Glenallachie Distillery, bottled by North Star. It spent all 11 years maturing in an oloroso sherry butt, and 662 bottles were filled.
The nose brings toasted vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, oak and fruit. On the palate there is rich biscuity malt, spice and wood, followed by a wave of buttery toffee. The finish is long and bold, with spice and sweet fruit.
