An unaged cachaça distilled from fresh-pressed, certified organic sugarcane at a zero-waste distillery in Brazil's coastal mountains. It is distilled in a copper pot still and rested for a full year in stainless steel tanks. The spirit shows terroir-driven character, with subtle salinity from Atlantic sea breeze, and is bottled at 38% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
Tasting Notes
Fresh sugar cane juice, faint floral scents, tropical fruit, green bamboo, grassy and milky aromas, and a clean citrus punch.
Clean, with dry sugary flavours, sweet red pepper, faint salt and white pepper, plus spicy notes of ginger and cardamom.
Smooth and complex, with oak, pepper, savory mineral notes, citrus, lemon grass, traces of bergamot and salty overtones.
