Officer's Choice Blue Indian Whisky (75cl, 42.8%)

Officer's Choice Blue is an Indian blended whisky from Allied Blenders & Distillers, bottled at 42.8% ABV. It brings together Indian grain spirits and Scotch malts. The nose is fruity and lightly malty, with caramel, cereal grain and faint leafy, peaty and woody notes. On the palate, caramel and toffee sweetness sit alongside cereal, dried fruit and gentle malt. The finish is lingering, with a little peat, wood and warming grain spice.
