A non-chill filtered Indiana straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). It was distilled at MGP in Lawrenceburg and bottled by West Fork Whiskey Co. in Indianapolis.
The mashbill is 99% corn and 1% malted barley, a nod to the Hamer family's Indiana whiskey-making. It rests for a minimum of four years in new charred American oak barrels. It was named Best Indiana Whiskey at the 2021 International Whisky Competition.
Vanilla candy, caramel wafer, butterscotch and orange feature on the nose, with cinnamon and clove. The palate brings cherry, sweet cream and vanilla, then cinnamon bark and oak. The finish is medium-long, with baking spice, nuttiness and oak tannins.
