Orange Cirelli

An amber-coloured orange wine from Cirelli. The nose shows ripe fruit, dried citrus peel, aromatic herbs, tea-like notes and a hint of hazelnut. The palate is textured and dry, with gentle tannins from skin contact, balanced by freshness, savouriness and persistence. It is dense yet well balanced, with a finish that invites another sip. It pairs with whole grains, medium-aged cheeses, strongly flavoured fish, grilled vegetables with spices, richer dishes or light fried foods. Serve cool in a wide glass and allow a few minutes in the glass.
