Paddy's Share is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, triple-distilled at Midleton and matured in sherry barrels.
The sherry maturation gives it a bold charred wood character and a distinctly nutty note.
On the palate it is smooth and slightly sweet, and the finish is lingering.
