Parker's Heritage Collection 1st Edition is the founding release of Heaven Hill's annual bourbon programme, first released in 2007. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Heaven Hill Bernheim Distillery in Louisville.
The series honours Parker Beam, Heaven Hill's Master Distiller from 1975 until 2014. This bottling is at natural cask strength, 64.8% ABV (129.6 proof), and is uncut and unfiltered, with the high-rye Heaven Hill character intact.
