Paul John Classic Select Cask is a single malt from John Distilleries in Goa, India, taken from the Select range. It is unpeated, matured in ex-Bourbon casks for six to seven years, and bottled at cask strength without chill-filtering or added colour. The tropical climate of Goa brings an evaporation of around 12% a year. The whisky was named Best Indian Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2019.
