Pellegrino Marsala Secco Superiore S.O.M. DOC is a Sicilian Marsala from Cantina Pellegrino, founded in 1880.
Made from selected grapes grown on the hills of Marsala, it matures in barrique and offers intense aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, tobacco and oak. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with a persistent finish that leaves a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Serve at 12-14°C as an aperitif, or with oily fish, white meat or aged cheeses.
