This is a single cask Penderyn from the French Connections edition, distilled in 2007 and bottled at 60.8% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in a second-fill bourbon cask, and only 210 bottles were filled. Penderyn was founded in 2000 in Wales and released its first single malt in 2004. This bottling follows an earlier 2007 Penderyn cask, distilled in the same year, and is described as captivating, exuberant, generous and pure.
