Penderyn Ex-Pedro Ximénez Sherry is a Welsh single malt in a 70cl bottle, shaped by the influence of former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The casks add dried fruit, dark sweetness and warming spice to Penderyn's fruity style.
The nose is rich with raisins, figs, sweet sherry, honey and gentle oak. The palate is full and fruity, with dark dried fruits, caramel, chocolate and warming spice. The finish is long, with dried fruit, sweet oak and gentle spice.
