Hiraeth is a Welsh single malt from Penderyn, released under the Icon of Wales name. It has been finished in ex-Bourbon casks and is bottled at 46% abv.
It is the first time Penderyn has released a core range single malt made mainly from spirit distilled in its pot stills. The distillery introduced those stills in 2014, and Hiraeth draws on them for most of its spirit.
