Penderyn Madeira Finish is a Welsh single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. The light, fruity Penderyn spirit is finished in Madeira wine casks, and the whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
The spirit is distilled on Penderyn's Faraday still, a copper still topped with a column of perforated plates. The distillery was founded in 2000 and in 2004 released the first official Welsh single malt in more than a century.
It is described as bringing together creamy sweetness, ripe fruit and spicy oak.
