Penderyn – Peated Finish (70cl, 46%)

Penderyn Peated Finish is a Welsh single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The whisky is first matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in hand-selected casks that previously held peated Islay whisky. Penderyn distils on its own Faraday still, which gives a light spirit that takes up flavour from the wood readily. The finish adds a peaty note to the fruity elegance of the Penderyn spirit, so fruit and smoke sit side by side.
