This is Pinhook Bourbon Country, an Indiana straight bourbon whiskey from the Fall 2018 release. It is bottled at 47.8% ABV (95.5 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
Pinhook blends and proofs each release, so every year's vintage varies slightly.
The nose offers maple syrup, dried fruit, mint and oak, with a hint of cornbread. The palate is fairly light-bodied but slightly syrupy, with a rush of tart berries followed by creamy caramel and vanilla and growing oak spice. The finish is fairly long, with spices buzzing away.
