Pinhook Rye'd On Castle & Key (75cl)

Pinhook Rye'd On is a Kentucky straight rye from the 2020 vintage, the first expression made from Pinhook's own mash bill. It was distilled and aged for two years at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, and comes in a 75cl bottle. Pinhook releases a new vintage of bourbons and ryes each year, blended and proofed in small batches by Master Taster Sean Josephs. Each one is dedicated to a promising young thoroughbred. The nose offers peach, spearmint and cinnamon, and the palate cherry, toffee and clove.
