A 9 year old single malt from Dram Mor, distilled in 2015 and bottled at 54.8% ABV. It was finished in a first fill Buffalo Trace barrel, and 240 bottles were filled from cask 247.
The nose is chewy caramel and vanilla, building into peach flesh and old-fashioned dolly mixtures. On the palate the caramel carries on, sweet and creamy, with butterscotch, syrup sponge and velvety custard. The finish is soft and lingering, mellow and well knit.
