Port Askaig 100 Proof is an Islay single malt Scotch bottled by Elixir Distillers. It was first released in 2015 and is now back in the core range. It is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled in small batches of around 60 barrels, at 57.1% ABV, without chill-filtering or added colour.
Lemon zest and peat smoke run through the flavour, with caramel and chocolate alongside.
