A 17-year-old Islay single malt from Port Askaig, matured in American oak casks and bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colour.
This is the 2023 limited edition, and it completes the new core range of 'mystery dram' bottlings from Elixir Distillers. The batches of this release differ in age, strength, cask recipe and flavour. This one shows floral, fruity tones, an unusual side for an Islay malt.
