Powers John's Lane Release 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle. It is named after the John's Lane Distillery in Dublin, where Powers was originally produced, and is made today at the New Midleton Distillery from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills with extra portions of the heads and tails discarded.
The whiskey is matured for at least 12 years, mainly in first fill American oak casks, with a smaller part matured in Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled at 46% and is non-chill filtered.
