Raasay – Na Sia Unpeated Ex-Rye Single Cask (70cl, 61.5%)

Raasay Na Sia is an unpeated single malt Scotch whisky, matured in a single American ex-rye cask and bottled at 61.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The cask came from Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky, where the mash bill contains 53% rye. Casks of this kind give the single malt pepper, spice and butter flavours, echoing the original rye whiskeys, with fruit and butterscotch alongside. Na Sia is released in alternate years as peated and unpeated spirit.
