A Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Rabbit Hole in a 75cl bottle, named in tribute to the boxing heritage of Louisville. The mash contains only two grains, rye and malted barley, with rye making up the majority.
It is distilled in a Vendome copper still and matured in toasted and charred American white oak barrels. It is not chill-filtered.
The bouquet is spice and butterscotch, and the palate brings citrus and black tea, balancing sweetness with spice.
