Ramos Pinto Reserva Collector Port

This is an unfiltered Reserva Port from Ramos Pinto, made as a blend of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca. The grapes come from the house's Quinta da Ervamoira and Quinta do Bom Retiro in the Douro Valley. It spent about five years in large, well-used wooden vats. Winemaker Ana Rosas made it without fining or cold stabilisation, so the wine keeps its natural character. Residual sugar is 99 grams per litre. The flavour profile sits between Late Bottled Vintage and Crusted Port styles. This bottling dates from August 2018 and is closed with a bar-top cork.
