Redbreast 12 Year Old Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey (70cl, 10%)

Redbreast 12 Year Old is a pure pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is matured in a combination of bourbon-seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts. The unmalted barley is said to add a creamy mouthfeel and some spice. The label was redrawn in 2019 with hand-drawn illustrations by the Irish artist Denise Nestor.
