Redbreast 12 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey from the Midleton distillery, made in copper pot stills from malted and unmalted barley. No grain whiskey is added.
It is distilled twice and matured for twelve years in sherry and bourbon casks. The pot still distillation is said to bring intense, distinct flavours, and the casks add to its aromatic richness.
