Redbreast 15 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mix of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills.
The whiskey is entirely pot still whiskey that has matured for at least 15 years in oak casks. A careful balance of first-fill and refill casks brings out the range of spice notes in a full, complex flavour.
