Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It first appeared in 2010 as a limited edition and is now a permanent part of the range.
The whiskey is made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured for a minimum of 15 years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered.
