Redbreast 21 Years Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Redbreast 21 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey in the Midleton Distillery tradition, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is described as the top expression of the Redbreast range, and is produced in very limited quantities. The nose brings fresh tropical fruit, nuts and rich dried fruit. On the palate are soft vanilla, toasted oak and sherry nuttiness with a dusting of spice, and fleshy fruit gives a silky mouthfeel. The finish lingers with oak and spices, ending on a note of barley.
