Redbreast Lustau Edition is a single pot still Irish whisky made as a collaboration between the Midleton Distillery and Bodegas Lustau. The mash combines malted and unmalted barley, and the spirit is triple distilled in copper pot stills.
Its final maturation took place in casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau, which gives the most sherried style of Redbreast.
