Redbreast Lustau Edition is a single pot still Irish whisky in a 70cl bottle, made as a collaboration between Bodegas Lustau and the Midleton Distillery.
It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. Its final maturation took place in casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau, which gives this Redbreast a sherried style.
