Redemption Wheated Bourbon is a wheated American bourbon, made in a high-rye house style. It is distilled at the MGP plant in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, then batched and barrelled in Bardstown, Kentucky, and comes in a 75cl bottle.
The colour is deep topaz and amber, with hints of orange and lime. The nose brings candied ginger, sage and lavender, with fresh pear over vanilla and cedar.
The palate is silky yet robust, with roasted coffee bean, smoked meats, hazelnut, cardamom, black pepper and a fresh hint of mint.
