Grizzly Beast is a bourbon from Redwood Empire, bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
The whiskey was aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast. The only change made to the original distillate was the addition of water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. Redwood Empire regards it as the purest expression of its craft.
