Lost Monarch is a cask strength blended whiskey from Redwood Empire, bottled straight from the barrel as a limited edition.
The whiskey was aged for a minimum of three years on the Northern California Coast, where the climate is temperate. Redwood Empire distils in a single pass, which the distillery says saves water and energy, and local farmers use the spent mash as livestock feed.
