Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Pipe Dream is a bourbon from Redwood Empire Distillery, and the first bourbon the distillery has released. It is a blend of hand-selected barrels aged between four and twelve years, made from a high-corn mash bill and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 75cl bottle. The name comes from a redwood, the 14th largest tree on the planet. On the nose it shows sweet maple and honey, followed by roasted pecan and vanilla on the palate.
