Redwood Empire Rocket Top is a rye whiskey bottled in bond at 50%, in line with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
It was aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast. The only change made to the original distillate was the addition of water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. Redwood Empire describes it as the purest expression of its craft.
