An aged rum from Rones De Caribe C.A., made from 100% sugar cane molasses and matured for 12 years without topping up during ageing.
It is a limited single vintage edition, aged in ex-bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers red fruits, orange peel, citrus, plum, coffee, cocoa powder, caramel and fresh almonds; the palate is lightly sweet at first, becoming softer and more intense, with a long, elegant finish.
