Rowan's Creek is a bourbon distilled at the Willett Distillery in Kentucky. It matured in charred new oak casks and is bottled at 50.05% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name refers to a creek whose water helps shape the flavour of the whiskey.
The nose is soft, with apple, pear, brown sugar and cedar wood. The palate is gentle and fairly sweet, with honey, tea, oak and a toasted note. The finish is medium in length, with tannins and a returning burnt touch.
