A single cask rum distilled at Foursquare in Barbados from molasses, using pot and column stills. It matured for 17 years in American white oak, 12 years in Barbados and 5 years in Liverpool, and the outturn was 271 bottles.
The nose brings banana, coconut, butter pastry and oak. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, with vanilla pudding, Danish pastry, overripe banana and toasted coconut. The finish is long, with cinnamon, banana and toasted oak.
