Royal Tiger Black is a 10 year old Indian single malt whisky produced in Goa and associated with Royal Tiger's Maharaja range. It is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The decade in oak brings honeyed malt, dried fruit and vanilla, with caramelised sugar, dark chocolate, toasted almonds and warming spice.
The nose is rich and oak-driven, with honeyed malt, dried fruit, vanilla and gentle spice. The palate is smooth and velvety, with caramelised sugar and dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with toasted almonds, mature oak and a delicate smoky note.
