Rum Nation Panama 21 Year Old (70cl)

This is a 21-year-old aged rum from Panama, bottled in a black decanter as a limited edition under the Rum Nation label. It is made from high-quality sugar cane molasses, distilled in a column still and aged in American oak. The ageing is split in two: first in the Caribbean, where the tropical climate speeds maturation and adds sweet, woody tones, then in Europe, where a milder climate brings more layered aromas. The nose is complex, with raisins and tropical fruit alongside clear notes of wood, dates and tobacco. The palate is rich, sweet and honeyed, with dried figs and dates, cinnamon, pepper, black tea and coffee.
